Having graduated from Concordia University’s Exercises Science program with a specialization in Athletic Therapy, Tristan has developed the skills necessary to accurately evaluate and treat injuries on the field, as well as help return injured athletes back to their sport. He also gained considerable knowledge of various musculoskeletal injuries, as well as the appropriate manual techniques and rehabilitation exercises to use.
Tristan has worked with a wide variety of athletes from sports ranging from football, hockey, soccer, lacrosse, and volleyball at the high school, CEGEP, and university levels. At Concordia’s PERFORM Center, he worked with patients dealing with chronic injuries, helping to decrease their pain, increase their mobility, and improve their quality of life.
As a Certified Fitness Instructor YMCA (F.I.T) and a member of the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association (CATA) and the Corporation des Thérapeutes du Sport du Québec (CTSQ), Tristan is dedicated to helping patients return to their normal, whether they are high level athletes, weekend warriors or everyday people struggling with pain.
