B.Sc, CAT(c), n.d, Thérapeute du sport agréée - Naturopathe

As a graduate from the Athletic Therapy program at Concordia University, Clara has acquired the skills needed to provide emergency care on the sidelines of sports games, as well as evaluate and rehabilitate various musculoskeletal injuries. She likes to use a more manual approach to treatments and educate her patients to provide them with long term tools for their health and fitness. Clara has worked with a variety of sports such as football, rugby, soccer, volleyball, and basketball, both on the court/field and in the clinic.

Clara developed her passion for athletic therapy through her own experiences with injuries from volleyball and figure skating. Having been involved in those sports for 7 and 9 years respectively, she gained a love of fitness and health and became very interested in the rehabilitation process.

Clara is a certified Sports First Responder and a member of the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association (CATA) and of the Corporation des Thérapeutes du Sport du Québec (CTSQ). She strives to provide a safe healing space for people from all walks of life.
