Passionate about sports and a human biomechanics enthusiast, Jérôme obtained his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Quebec in Montreal in 2017. He has since developed his knowledge and skills through numerous jobs, internships and various training courses.
Jérôme specializes in sports/athletic clientele and demonstrates a great capacity for adaptation, having worked in particular in the development of the physical abilities of children as well as with elders with loss of autonomy.
In order to add a string to his bow and perfect his style of holistic intervention, Jérôme completed, during the year 2021, a professional certification in sports massage therapy, accumulating more than 1000 hours of training.
Being a member of the Federation of Kinesiologists of Quebec (FKQ) as well as the Network of Professional Massage Therapists of Quebec (RMPQ), Jérôme stands out for his holistic professional approach. This is firstly defined by an exhaustive and unique physical condition assessment which makes it possible to identify dysfunctions, imbalances and other various disorders which affect the well-being of his clients.
His treatment combines manual therapy and functional training, all through a continuum of corrections, rehabilitation and maintenance of acquired skills.
