Catherine completed her schooling at Concordia University in Health, Kinesiology, and Applied Physiology to be a Certified Athletic Therapist after completing a previous undergraduate degree in Pharmacology from McGill University. Though she was interested in Pharmacology, she couldn’t be happier with her decision to switch disciplines and explore the world of therapy!
While completing her Athletic Therapy degree, she also completed two other course to earn the titles Certified Massage Therapist and Sports First Responder. She will be continuing her education in health and rehabilitation by completing a Master’s degree in Exercise Science at Concordia University with the goal of focusing her studies on Early Sports Specialization in young athletes.
Catherine has worked with a variety of sports such as football, soccer, basketball, swimming, rugby and hockey from recreational to elite levels. She loves being able to work with such a diverse group of clients and being able to help them live an active life without pain or discomfort. Using her knowledge of medical conditions and rehabilitation from both Pharmacology and Athletic Therapy, Catherine is looking forward to treatments and tailoring personal programs for each client in order to obtain the most effective results.
